Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
Avtec is experiencing a high demand for training. Our process is focused on maximizing class attendance and cancellation notification timelines provide an opportunity for Avtec to move students up in the schedule and/or solicit students to fill the opening. By reserving a seat you have made a commitment to increase your organizations skill set and to better understand Avtec products.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so by written notice to :
Training@avtecinc.com at least 10 business days before the class starts or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel with less than 10 business days prior to the commencement date of the relevant Training Course(s), a cancellation fee of 50% of the Training Course(s) list price will apply per attendee.
Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a “No Show” and will result in a forfeiture of the full price of the relevant Training Course(s).
If Avtec is forced to cancel a course for any reason, a full refund will be granted or the prepaid Training fees that have been received by Avtec may be applied to different Training Course(s) upon mutual agreement by Avtec and you.
You may substitute attendees (must be employees of the same company) at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant Training Course(s). Please provide Avtec Training Department with written notice (Training@avtecinc.com) at least 2 business days prior to the commencement date of the relevant Training Course(s) of all substitute attendees and the person whom they are substituting.
Email Confirmation will be sent within two business days. Any applicable charges will be presented with confirmation.
