Dawn Fisher is vice president of services and support at Avtec, a position she was appointed to in February 2017. Fisher oversees the company’s training efforts and customer support initiatives, including developing a successful training plan to meet demand for more advanced classes as well as increasing customer loyalty metrics by 30%.
Fisher first joined Avtec as customer support manager in 2011. In that role, she was responsible for managing technical support operations and leading system implementations, as well as administering a companywide customer relationship management system.
Fisher’s management experience spans more than three decades. She served for five years as the contact center manager for SCANA Energy and, prior to that, managed desktop support services for Roper St. Francis Health Care.
Fisher holds bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of South Carolina as well as multiple certifications in customer relationship management, team building, and quality assurance. Fisher resides in Saluda, SC, with son and holds a variety of service leadership positions in the local community.
