Industry Leaders To Share the Secrets of High-Performing Dispatch Operations

Lexington, S.C. – May 4, 2015 – Most communications center technology that is deployed by utility companies can improve worker effectiveness, but these tools tend to be vastly underutilized. Leveraging best practices on quality assurance can often lead to measurable improvements in contact center response times and efficiency – as well as to the safety and security of employees.

That’s why three of the industry’s leading experts on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications technology are joining forces to present a series of Utilities Security & Service summits. The first of these interactive events will be held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel & Convention Center in Atlanta on May 8 to coincide with the UTC Telecom & Technology 2015 (UTC 2015) conference.
