Examination	Students must successfully complete the Scout Select Qualified Sales Program.

Content	Successful implementations rely on Scout knowledge. This course begins the process of learning the architecture, system operation, and dispatching capabilities of the Scout system through hands-on experience in system configuration and deployment, user interface design, console operation, and system database backup and restoration.
Intended Audience	Installers, Maintainers, Network Administrators, Data and Voice Engineers, Radio Technicians, Super Users
Objectives	After completing this course, you will be able to:
	System architecture Enterprise Management Tools using IIS® / MSMQ®/SQL® Enhanced security Component communication	System deployment Diagnostics Introduction to Scout’s statistical data collection for dispatcher and system activity reporting
Prerequisites	A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10® operating systems, IP networking with an understanding of Unicast and Multicast protocols, Telephony and Radio Communication Standards and protocols is required.
